He has a special interest in Corporate, Civil Litigation, Telecommunication law and Criminal Law and has been registered as a legal practitioner for fourteen years.Harrison has represented a number of journalists, both locally and internationally. FLORENCE ERINA ZIUMBE born on 27th February, 1957 and Graduated in a Bachelor of Law (Honours) Degree (Zimbabwe) 1980 and a Bachelor of Laws (Zim)1981. Mrs Ziumbe is a Registered Legal Practitioner since1982 and practices as senior partner at Ziumbe & Partners in Harare.

She specialises in corporate and commercial work and has handled key financial projects between external and local banks, amongst other key projects.Mrs Ziumbe is the founder and first President of PROWEB, a professional women’s association, a member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe, The Zimbabwe Women’s Lawyers Association, and was Deputy Chairman of the State Procurement Board for thirteen years.

PEARSON CHITANDO holds a B.Sc. Economics Honours in Accountancy & Management Studies from the University of Wales - Cardiff, U.K. and is a Chartered Accountant(Zimbabwe). He joined Leyland (Zimbabwe) Limited as Group Management Accountant and rose through the ranks becoming Group Finance Director (3 years). He was appointed Group Managing Director in 1988 until 1993 when the company was bought by Quest Motor Corporation.

He joined Barclays Bank Zimbabwe Limited in 1994 and spent a year in London on attachment to Barclays Bank Plc prior to being appointed Director – Corporate Banking in 1995 with Barclays Bank Zimbabwe Limited. He left Barclays Bank to pursue business interests in fuel retailing and tourism in 1999.

He is a Non – Executive Chairman of Medical Investments Ltd which incorporates Avenues Clinic, St. Clements Clinic & Montagu Clinic and has held this position from 2002 to date having joined the Board in 1998. He is also Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Avenues Clinic Pension Fund; a trustee of The Motor Industry Pension Fund as well as an Independent Chairman of the National Employment Council for the Construction Industry of Zimbabwe from January 2016 to date.

Mr Chitando was President of the Motor Industry Association of Zimbabwe from 1988 - 1990, and again from 2013 to 2015. He is a member of the Catenian Association Harare Circle 188 and an Honorary Rotarian of Harare West Rotary Club. He is a Board member and Treasurer of the Kasipiti Children’s Home which is owned by LCBL Sisters – Little Children of Our Blessed Lady.

Ethel has more than 14 years’ experience in banking locally & in the region in senior management roles.
